A Milwaukee classic, President Clinton and Helmut Kohl are still Miss Katie's most famous customers.

The menu is extensive with traditional fare such as meatloaf, burgers, sandwiches and BBQ ribs. You can wash it all down with one of Miss Katie's shakes or malts, but if you do need something stronger, there is a full bar.

Mon.-Fri., 7 a.m.-10:30 p.m.;

Happy days are here again!

'Sleepwalk' on over to MISS KATIE'S DINER, just across the highway from POTOWOTOMI CASINO, and experience fine dining, '50s style. Flamingo pink neon, keylime green booths and stainless steel doors set the stage for a vintage burger and fries experience. Even the waiters seem to have stepped out of a James Dean flick, with tight white T-shirts and slacks to match.

And of course, there is a GAME ROOM with PINBALL and MINI BOWLING to pass the time as your gloriously greasy hamburger is grilled by the short order cooks, visible behind a chrome-trimmed window.

Why reminisce about the grand old diners of years past, when Miss Katie's Diner is open for business today? Look! That double cheese has your name on it...

Review By Milwaukee Magazine :

Miss Katie's Diner ( 1900 W Clybourn St ) knows how a proper (i.e. traditional)
chicken and rice soup comes together:
Chicken stock, white rice, parsley, chunks of white chicken and celery.
Couldn't have done it better if thery were Florence Nightengale ($2.25-$2.95).
